1. The ASO, formed in partnership with Yukon Partners, will offer administrative and non-clinical support services to help CRA continue expanding. The new entity will pursue affiliations with other ophthalmology groups in the Western region.
2. CRA is a retina surgery and ophthalmology group operating three clinical locations and one ASC in California. The group’s physicians treat retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and other retinal conditions.
3. CRA was established in 1988. Co-Founder Nasrin Mani, MD, said, “Partnering with ShoreView allows us to accelerate growth, while still preserving the high quality of service that our patients have come to expect.”
