Birmingham Outpatient Surgery Center files for $460k financing

Birmingham (Ala.) Outpatient Surgery Center has filed a form D for $460,804 in equity financing, according to an OCTA Finance report.

The surgery center is expected to sell 100 percent of the offer, according to the report. The fundraising round is not yet closed.
