Arizona’s Tucson Orthopaedic Surgery Center Acquired by Hospital

Tucson (Ariz.) Orthopaedic Surgery Center has been acquired by Tucson Medical Center, according to a report from the Arizona Daily Star.

The ASC had been jointly owned by the hospital and the Tucson Orthopaedic Institute but now the hospital has full ownership.

 

The outpatient surgery center, with a new name of TMC Orthopedic Outpatient Surgery, will remain affiliated with the Tucson Orthopaedic Institute and its physicians, according to the report.
