Cawley Architects completed the 9,130-square-foot Spectra Eye Institute in Phoenix, AZ Big Media reports.

1. The surgery center is part of the 36,959-square-foot Retinal Consultants of Arizona development.

2. The center includes four operating rooms and pre- and post-surgical spaces.

3. The building was originally a large fitness center that has been vacant for five years. Cawley Architects worked to redevelop the entire campus.
