The ASC has offices and two procedure rooms. The neighboring Banner Baywood Medical Center has 342 beds.

An ASC next to East Mesa, Ariz.-based Banner Baywood Medical Center was sold to Omaha, Neb.-based NewStreet Properties, The Mesa Tribune reported March 20.
