Here’s what you should know:
1. The 80,000-square-foot medical office building is fully leased to Greenville Health System and Internal Medicine Associates.
2. The building serves as an outpatient location for GHS’s Patewood Memorial Hospital campus in Greenville. It is also IMA’s flagship outpatient facility.
3. Anchor will provide asset and property management services at the location.
4. As part of the transaction, Anchor co-developed a “capital solution” for an adjacent 60,000-square-foot facility, expected to open in March.
5. Anchor’s portfolio comprises more than 4 million square feet of managed properties.
