What you should know:
1. The three buildings total approximately 110,000 square feet. The fourth building, currently being constructed, is 40,000 square feet.
2. Two of the buildings, in Newnan, Ga., are 100 percent leased. Those buildings’ tenants include Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare and Atlanta-based Resurgens Orthopaedics.
3. The third building in Woodstock, Ga., is leased to Northside Pediatric and North Atlanta Primary Care. Anchor has a capital improvements plan in place to modernize the building.
