Here’s what you should know:
1. Anchor purchased them from Boston-based developer Murphy & McManus.
2. Both buildings are newly constructed, Class-A facilities.
3. The first building is 37,000 square feet and in Brockton, Mass. It houses the Greene Cancer Center.
4. The second building is 30,000 square feet and in Haverhill, Mass. The building is leased by Newburyport, Mass.-based Anna Jaques Health System, Boston-based Partners Health and Newburyport-based Children’s Healthcare.
5. Anchor Health Properties CEO Ben Ochs said, “We are pleased with our team’s focus on relationship-driven sourcing of new, off-market investment opportunities. Adding these facilities and tenants to the Anchor roster further solidifies our investment thesis by supporting clinical users with their real estate needs.”
