AmSurg operates 260 ASCs at end of Q3; Tenet stock down 51.2% so far in 2016 & more — 4 ASC company key notes

Here are four updates from the past week.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s stock decreased in value by 51.19 percent so far in 2016. Presently, the stock is 56.6 percent below its 52-week high of $34.08.

Royal Bank of Canada lowered Toronto, Canada-based Medical Facilities Corp.’s price target to $23. The company’s market cap. totals $538.01 million.

In the third quarter of fiscal year 2016, Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg operated 260 ASCs and one surgical hospital, slightly more than its 253 ASCs during Q3 FY 2015.

For FY 2016, Houston-based Nobilis Health Corp. expects adjusted EBITDA to reach $53 million.
