$95M Physician-Owned Medical Center to Open in San Antonio

Neal Richards Group, a real estate development firm, based in Dallas, plans to open a $95 million, four-story, 150,000-square-foot, 54 bed, 12 operating room and two procedure room medical center in San Antonio designed by BOKA Powell architecture firm.

The first phase of planning and design has been completed for the physician-owned Forest Park Medical Center San Antonio.
