Physician practice Fichte, Endl & Elmer plans to open The Niagara (N.Y.) Medical and Surgical Park this year. The practice’s new location will include 12,000 square feet of office space and an ambulatory surgery center.
Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is constructing a new clinic and outpatient surgery center in Delafield. The new facility is expected to cost $20 million and will consolidate the clinic and ASC at one location.
