Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin to open new clinic, ASC — 5 things to know

Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is constructing a new clinic and outpatient surgery center in Delafield, according to a Journal Sentinel report.

Here are five things to know about the facility:

1. The new facility is expected to cost $20 million and will consolidate the clinic and ASC at one location.

2. The building has 45,000 square feet for the clinic and 45,000 square feet for the medical office. The ASC is another 25,000 square feet.

3. The clinic will include a physical therapy suite.

4. An affiliate of Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin will own the building, with HIS Properties as the project developer and Eppstein Uhen Architects as the designer.

5. Construction is set to being by May 15 and the clinic is expected to open by April next year. The ASC is expected to open by June 2016.
