Here are six ASC acquisitions and partnerships announced in December 2018:

Sidney, Ohio-based Wilson Health plans to expand its outpatient care and surgical capacity through a joint venture with Piqua, Ohio-based Valley Regional Surgery Center.

Real estate investment company MBRE Healthcare acquired the building housing Golden, Colo.-based Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center and Golden Ridge Surgery Center for $26.6 million.

Clemmons, N.C.-based Wake Forest Baptist Surgery Center sold its real estate. Healthcare Realty Solutions plans to purchase the 12,500-square-foot space.

Welltower acquired a medical office building in Lynbrook, N.Y., for $48.1 million. The 105,000-square-foot medical office building is five-stories tall and features a surgery center.

Las Vegas-based Alta Rose Surgery Center partnered Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based Nvision Eye Centers. The combined practice will open Jan. 1, 2019.

The Mackool Eye Institute in Astoria, N.Y., and New York City-based New York Eye Surgery Center partnered with Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island (N.Y.) and Spectrum Vision Partners.
