Here are five ambulatory surgery center company acquisitions and partnerships that occurred within the past few months.

Sheridan, the physician services division of AmSurg, acquired Radiology Associates of Hollywood.

During the fourth quarter of 2014, AmSurg acquired four ASCs. 

Physicians Endoscopy acquired a majority interest in the Philadelphia Gastroenterology Consultants Endoscopy Center of Excellence. The center is Physician Endoscopy’s 34th.

Surgical Care Affiliates, The CORE Institute and six independent physicians partnered to open a surgical hospital in Phoenix.

United Surgical Partners International partnered two ASCs during the fourth quarter of 2014.
