IRA acquired the ASC through a sale-leaseback structured with Surgical Care Affiliates and the property’s physician owners. The purchase is IRA Capital’s fifth ASC acquisition in the last 30 days.
The firm bought Bettendorf, Iowa-based Genesis Center for Digestive Health on Aug. 3 and in late July acquired the facilities housing three San Antonio-based ASCs previously owned by Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio.
IRA Capital did not disclose details of the deals.
