Here are four recent ambulatory surgery center acquisitions.

Goshen Ambulatory Care Center was purchased by Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital, who will make upgrades to the center which will be closed until late summer.

Memorial Health, based in Marysville, Ohio, plans to fully acquire the Marysville Ohio Surgical Center.

Physicians Endoscopy acquired a stake in the Philadelphia Gastroenterology Consultants Endoscopy Center of Excellence.

Mercy Health, based in Cincinnati, acquired the Surgery Center at Regency Park in Toledo, Ohio.
