Memorial Health will buy out Nueterra and 10 physicians to assume full ownership of the 10,000-square-foot, multispecialty surgery center. The system currently has a 38 percent stake in the center.

Physicians who perform cases at the center will need to become credentialed at Memorial Hospital, but will not need to become employees of the health system, according to the report.

The price for the full acquisition will be set after the center’s assets are appraised.
