Here are four recent ambulatory surgery center and surgical hospital acquisitions.

The Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute acquired Park West Surgical Center and Summit Ophthalmology, both in Akron.

HealthONE’s Midtown Surgical Center is affiliating with Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children in Denver.

NorthBay Healthcare, based in Vacaville, Calif., will soon completely acquire the Surgery Center at NorthBay VacaValley (Calif.).

Yakima (Wash.) Urology Associates is signing a service agreement with Memorial Family of Services, also in Yakima, through which MFS will assume management of Yakima Urology Associates’ surgery center.
