Roscoe, Ill.-based NorthPointe Surgery Center opened its doors after more than two years of planning and waiting on regulatory approval.

Levelland, Texas-based Covenant Medical Center is in the midst of expanding its endoscopy center as it attempts to shift more surgeries to the outpatient setting.

Alongside The Villages (Fla.) Health, Anchor Health Properties is opening a multispecialty building that will include healthcare services including gastroenterology.

Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health opened a $3.1 million health center dedicated to gastroenterology, internal medicine and family medicine.
