Naples, Fla.-based Fisher Eye & Laser Center was acquired by Vision Group.

Sheridan, the physician services division of AmSurg, acquired Ambulatory Anesthesia Associates as well as Genesis Anesthesia Services.

Nobilis Health acquired an ambulatory surgery center in Dickinson, Texas.
