1. Vision operates several branded laser eye surgery centers including the LASIK Vision Institute and the TLC Laser Eye Center. It has performed more than 3.3 million laser eye procedures between its multiple brands.
2. Fisher Eye & Laser Center is an established outpatient facility. It will continue operating with the center’s physician Dr. G. Brit Fisher III, MD, and staff.
Dr. Fisher founded the center in 1999, running it independently until its acquisition.
3. Dr. Fisher said the partnership will allow him to focus “on the most important aspect of my job — the patients.”
