Tennessee’s Health Services and Development Agency approved Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health‘s application to relocate its Madison, Tenn.-based joint venture ASC to Hendersonville, Tenn. The center is a joint venture between Saint Thomas Health and Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International.
Allentown, Pa.-based Coordinated Health and Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health System signed a definitive agreement to partner on an ASC.
Everett Surgery Center will occupy 22,000 square feet of the joint venture facility three Albany, N.Y.-based provider groups are developing. Albany ENT & Allergy Services, Ortho NY and St. Peter’s Hospital broke ground on the 54,000-square-foot medical office building and ASC in July.
