A private equity firm bought the Cape Coral (Fla.) Medical Center building.

Here's what you should know:

1. The building houses Cape Coral Surgery Center, a joint venture with Nashville, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners and physician owners. It also houses three other major tenants.

2. The 39,142-square-foot facility sold for $10,000,000.

3. It was 95 percent occupied by nine medical tenants at the time of the sale.

4. This is the third ASC-anchored medical office building Cushman & Wakefield's Healthcare Advisory Practice has sold in the past month.
