2. Bay Valley Surgery Center in Saginaw, Mich., won approval for a new freestanding surgical outpatient facility with one operating room. The project will cost $3,060,000.
3. Flint-based Surgery Center at Gateway also received approval to build a new freestanding surgical outpatient facility with one operating room for $3,703,210.
