Here are three GI-focused ASCs and facilities that recently made headlines.

The New York State Public Health and Health Planning Council gave New York City-based Manhattan Endoscopy Center — which offers diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopic services — approval for its permanent licensure.

Atlanta-based Perimeter Center for Outpatient Surgery submitted form D for $206,000 equity financing. The ASC offers gastroenterology services, alongside anesthesiology, bariatic surgery, gynecology and ophthalmology, among others.

New York-based Frontier Healthcare partnered with ASMC physician group to open a new ASC in New York City. The multispecialty ASC offers specialties including gastroenterology, orthopedics and pain management.
