Here are five recent updates on ASC management companies.

Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates partnered with Downers Grove, Ill.-based Midwest Center for Day Surgery and acquired Illinois-based Midwest Surgical Management Group.

Houston-based Nobilis Health is voluntarily delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The TSX delisting will not impact Nobilis’ listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare signed a deal with Centene as well as renewed and extended its contract with UnitedHealth Group. Tenet’s deal with Centene allows Centene members access to Tenet’s ASCs, hospitals and employed physicians in 18 states. Tenet and UnitedHealth extended their relationship for four years.

Eight research firms rated Nashville, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners shares a “buy.” The company has a market cap. of $682.4 million.

During the week of Dec. 12 to Dec. 16, 2016, Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $73.88 per share, a 0.9 percent increase.
