1. Amongst the many projects, McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, S.C., is planning to construct a three-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center.
2. Medical Facilities Corporation has announced plans to sell Dakota Plains Surgical Center in Aberdeen, S.D. MFC will sell its stake to Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen.
3.. Children's Hospital Los Angeles opened its new outpatient care center on June 2, 2015 in Encino, Calif.
4. Ohio State University in Columbus is planning a new sports medicine center, and construction costs could increase by $10 million if the addition of a surgery center is approved.
5.. Beloit Health System's awaited surgery center addition to its NorthPointe Health And Wellness Campus in Roscie, Ill., will move forward. The health system earned their CON earlier this month.
6. Athens-Limestone Hospital in Athens, Ala., has proposed a $35 million surgery center, according to a report by The News Courier.
