The two-story building and its 48 parking spaces are fully leased to Windsor Dermatology, a practice owned by Jerry Bagel, MD.
The practice is also home to the Psoriasis Treatment Center of Central New Jersey. Dr. Bagel is the property’s current owner. He has tapped Fennelly Associates to sell the building.
