$10.8M paid for New Mexico medical office building

A medical office building in Albuquerque, N.M., was acquired by real estate investment company OrbVest for $10.8 million, BizNews reported Dec. 15.

The property has three tenants: Quest Diagnostics, WAFD Insurance Group and Sono Bello, a plastic surgery center. 

OrbVest completed the deal Dec. 2.
