1. Community Physician Network is employed by Community Health Network. Both are based in Kokomo.
2. Kokomo Surgical Group comprises Benjamin Chiu, MD, Annemarie DeSanto, MD, and Carol Sheridan, MD.
3. The three physicians have already been treating patients at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo.
4. As fully integrated physicians, they will continue providing advanced laparoscopic surgery, gastrointestinal endoscopy, abdominal wall procedures, groin hernia repairs, foregut surgery, and colon and anorectal disease treatments.
