Patient safety tool: AHIMA, AHDI’s QA program implementation resource kit

The American Health Information Management Association and Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity created a free resource kit that provides the tools needed to implement a quality assurance program.

The kit offers a set of explanatory and operational tools that are intended to be adapted by users to their own needs. It includes a QA program checklist, QA program sample policies and procedures as well as dashboard best practices and dashboard templates and samples.
