Here are four points:

1. ISG will partner with manufacturers like PDC Healthcare in Valencia, Calif., and AMT Datasouth in Camarillo, Calif., providing exclusive products that will boost safety.

2. These products include thermal wristbands, labels, printers and on-site service support.

3. Low scan rates, poor wristband durability, small scan zones, bar-codes wrapping around wrists, inadequate printers and inability to quickly make wristbands all hinder patient safety.

4. ISG offers solutions for wristbands: admission, down-tide modes, photo wristbands, bedside lab labels, newborn ID tags, bedside lab labels and on demand labels.
