2. Making a operations more efficient through measures like obtaining medical histories before the date of service to decrease time spent during the date of service.

3. Establish patient satisfaction surveys to evaluate quality scores moving forward.

4. After a patient satisfaction survey has been created, ASCs should assess their complaint resolution process as well.
