5 states with the most confirmed travel-associated Zika cases — New York tops the list

Between Jan. 1, 2015 and July 6, 2016, the CDC confirmed 1,132 travel-associated Zika cases in the United States.

Here are the top five states with the most cases:

•    New York: 285 cases
•    Florida:  206 cases
•    California: 69 cases
•    Texas: 53 cases  
•    New Jersey: 45 cases
