A water main break temporarily closed Meadville (Pa.) Medical Center’s outpatient surgery center, along with several other hospital service Aug. 14, the Meadville Tribune reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The surgery center’s air conditioning as well as its cooking and sanitation equipment were disrupted.

2. The hospital had to cancel and reschedule all of the day’s surgeries.

3. The main broke around 7 a.m., but crews repaired the break and service were mostly restored by 1:45 p.m.
