Here are five highlights:
1. Dr. Ringnes also provides care at North Tahoe Orthopedics, also located in Truckee.
2. Specializing in complex fractures, pelvic injuries and hip reconstruction, Dr. Ringnes treats arthritis, soft tissue injuries, hip issues, fractures and upper and lower extremity injuries.
3. Dr. Ringnes earned his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Mich. He went on to finish his trauma fellowship at Stanford (Calif.) University.
4. Dr. Blake sees patients at Sierra Neurosurgery Group in Reno, Nev., in addition to Truckee Surgery Center.
5. After achieving his medical degree from Reno-based University of Nevada School of Medicine, Dr. Blake completed his anesthesiology residency at University of California, San Diego.
