Top 5 reasons why physicians want to change workplaces

More than a third of physicians (39.3 percent) wish that they could change their workplace, according to Physicians Practice’s 2015 Great American Physician Survey.

The survey includes responses from 1,001 physicians.

Here are the top five reasons why physicians want to change workplaces:

•    To get away from the unhealthy culture of my current workplace — 36.4 percent
•    To get more time for my personal life — 26.5 percent
•    To make more money — 13 percent
•    To advance my career or partnership prospects — 7.8 percent
•    To live in a different geographic area — 6.9 percent
