Surgical Information Systems ranked No. 1 ASC EHR vendor by Black Book

Surgical Information Systems ranked first in client rating for ASC EHR user satisfaction for the sixth consecutive year in a Black Book survey.

Black Book Market Research’s poll of customer experience and satisfaction was collected from 1,382 ASCs, outpatient procedure surgeons and support IT users, according to a press release by Black Book. Forty ASC EHR vendors received crowdsourced evaluations from the polling. 

HST Pathways, Source Medical, Allscripts and Cerner were also featured on the list of 20 top vendors. 

SIS works to serve technology needs for ASCs such as business and operational needs, insurance verification and registration to streamline software.

The survey also showed that 95 percent of ASC staff and physician practices reported significant overall industry improvements in ASC EHR data interoperability and system usability since 2016.
