1. Eight financial analysts gave AmSurg stock an $83.63 price target for the short term. The stock could hit a price target of $95 on the high end and $54 on the low end.
2. Surgery Partners filed for an initial public offering on Aug. 17. The IPO indicated a fundraising target of $100 million, but it did not indicate how many shares Surgery Partners plans to share or the projected price per share.
3. Tenet Healthcare shares traded down 5.67 percent to $79.88 per share during the week of Aug. 17 to Aug. 21.
4. Hospital Corporation of American traded down 6.64 percent to $85.50 per share during the week of Aug. 17 to Aug. 21.
