1. Under the partnership, ASCs will have access to an intuitive, central hub for case-related communication and collaboration. The solution is an alternative to the fragmented email chains, text messages, phone calls, faxes and white board messages that share case schedule information and updates.
2. The Casetabs solution gathers real time information about the cases and updates everyone involved in the patient’s care, including vendor reps, patients and caregivers.
3. The Casetabs solution can integrate with SourceMed’s AdvantX, Vision and SurgiSource software for real-time schedule and patient demographic information, which can be pulled and populated into Casetabs to create a case list.
4. The solution allows physician offices to see the same schedules ASCs see for their cases, eliminating the back-and-forth between the physician office and ASC to confirm schedules and obtain required documents.
5. In addition to saving time, the solution can reduce errors and lower costs.
