Source Medical welcomes 6 new executives

Source Medical has a new executive leadership team reporting to CEO Dr. James Coffin.

“As we move toward our company’s goal of becoming the leader in technology and services for the outpatient continuum, I am beyond pleased to have on board this elite team of healthcare industry leaders,” said Mr. Coffin. “Combined with the legacy Source Medical executives, our leadership team now has over 200 years of healthcare IT and services experience, most of which is with the largest players in the industry.”

The new executives include:

1. Kareem Saad — Executive vice president of strategy and business development. Mr. Saad was previously director, healthcare and life sciences solutions sales with Dell, managing a team of business development account executives, internal sales and operations professionals.

2. Dennis Martineau — Executive vice president of product development. Mr. Martineau served with Allscripts Healthcare previously in several leadership positions and has more than 40 years of experience in technology, research and development as well as business administration.

3. Jonathan Isaacs — Executive vice president and general management of the surgery division. Mr. Isaacs has more than 20 years of experience across hardware, software and services business. He was senior vice president and general manager for NextGen healthcare’s Hospital Solutions Division.

4. Matthew Phillips — Senior vice president, partnerships and business development. Mr. Phillips has more than 15 years as a leader at Dell and has experience as a healthcare solutions leader.

5. Dan Trott — Vice president of surgery sales. Dr. Trott was worldwide medical imaging leader at Dell Healthcare and Life sciences before joining Source Medical. He began his career as a physician’s assistant in diagnostic imaging and managed a radiology practice.

6. Britt Denning — Vice president of commercial operations. Mr. Denning has more than 20 years of high tech experience and was senior director of operations for NextGen’s Hospital Solutions Division.
