2. Daniel J. Morefield is now in charge of the company’s technology functions, effectively immediately.

3. Quality Systems will use this transition to improve the structure of the technology function sector of the company.

4. Quality Systems is based in Irvine, Calif., and develops market computer-based practice management, electronic health records and revenue cycle management applications.
