Publicis Healthcare acquires Tardis Medical to enhance clinical capabilities: 4 points

Publicis Healthcare Communications, part of Publicis Groupe, acquired Tardis Medical, a clinical and medical affairs outsourcing organization and consultancy business.

1. This acquisition will complement Publicis Healthcare’s Publicis Touchpoint, a provider of healthcare sales, service and clinical teams.

2. Tardis Medical has a presence in the United Kingdom, Austria, France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Sweden.

3. Founding members of Tardis Medical, Andrew Bruce, Ian Bancroft and Suzanna Lawrence, will be general managers.

4. Publicis Healthcare Communications Group promotes solutions in advertising, digital, branding, message delivery, market access and medical communications.
