(TAMPA, Florida) 1/24/22– Florida Orthopaedic Institute (“FOI”), the largest orthopedic practice in Florida, added 12 physicians in 2021, making it the 12th largest orthopedic practice in the country with 101 total physicians.  

A Cedar Rapids, Iowa, nurse was sentenced Jan. 21 to five years of probations and fined $10,000 after pleading guilty to diverting fentanyl from an ASC for her own use.
