Several cities in Florida and the Carolinas have been named the most affordable beach towns to retire in, according to a new ranking from personal finance publication GoBankingRates. 

Starting May 29, Mississippi hospitals will have greater flexibility when it comes to owning and operating single-specialty ASCs, according to a May 23 report from Lexology.
