Representative Hoyle spoke at the 2014 Annual Education Conference and Trade Show sponsored by the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
“In government, we need to treat ASCs like customers. We want to make sure you have the support you need. This means working together to ensure the regulations governing the industry are clear and consistently followed and also listening carefully to ASC patients, physicians and administrators, one-on-one, to identify if something needs fixing,” she said.
Rep. Hoyle received OASCA’s 2014 Legislator of the Year award.
