3. Dr. Gottlieb was a past advocate for policies that streamlined drug development and approval, according to California Life Sciences Association President and CEO Sara Radcliffe.
Ms. Radcliffe said the organization expects Dr. Gottlieb “will be an exemplary leader for the FDA.”
