Implementing the bundled payment model & achieving physician alignment

Bundled payments are being used for many orthopedics procedures, such as joint replacement, and GI procedures, such as colonoscopy. But, establishing the structure for this payment model and gaining physician buy-in can be a complex process.

At Becker’s ASC 22nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs in Chicago, held Oct. 22 to Oct. 24, Blair Rhode, MD, ROG, will share implementation strategies for the bundled episode of care model and tips for on-boarding physicians.
