When asked how much of their compensation is specifically tied to productivity, physicians reported the following:
• None — 36 percent
• Up to 10 percent — 10.5 percent
• Between 11 percent and 25 percent — 5.7 percent
• Between 26 percent and 50 percent — 5.2 percent
• Between 51 percent and 75 percent — 4.5 percent
• More than 75 percent — 7.9 percent
• All of it — 30.2 percent
The survey includes responses from 1,338 physicians.
