Here are five key notes:

1. The Health Navigator’s Natural Language Processing technology will convert MDLIVE’s a free text submitted by users into medical technology.

2. The program can detect misspellings and rate symptoms based on urgency to provide safe and accurate diagnosis and record keeping.

3. The partnership will allow provider-facing and patient facing interfaces that employ the MDLIVE application.

4. The Health Navigator database includes more than 450 coded chief complaints and more than 2,700 clinical concepts.

5. The technology gives clinicians access to supporting information and in-depth questions to help physicians and patients recognize all treatment possibilities.
